Dry mare in pasture/gelding - $200.00
Mare with foal in pasture - $275.00 or $600.00 paddock
Dry mare/gelding in stall - $225.00
Mare with foal in 24x24 stall - $265.00
Stallion in stall - $250.00
We are accepting a limited number of horses for training. We offer training for western or English horses, start to finish or if your horse just needs a tune-up we do that as well. Specializing in starting, trail breaking, jumping, and problem horses. Below we have a price list, however fees may fluctuate. We will keep this list as up to date as possible!
Training Packages:
2 days a week training-$300.00
3 days a week training-$400.00
4 days a week training-$500.00
full board plus full training-$600.00
single training sessions-$35.00
ALL training packages include board plus feed, if supplements are required
please notify manager and you will be billed as necessary. Full board plus
full training includes daily grooming, daily turnouts, no clipping cost
for bridlepath, face, and fetlocks & 5 days a week riding.
Rehabilitation Packages:
$275.00 includes; board, feed, daily hot walking or roundpen time, grain & leg wraps if needed.
Consignment Package:
$225.00 includes board, feed, daily access to the roundpen or hotwalker, 2-4 days a week training. A 15% commision of the horses sale price will be taken at the time of sale. Advertising on website, local flyers, dreamhorse ad & choice of 1 full color horse trader ad or 2 black and white ads per month.

Bath - $10.00
Longe - $10.00
Clip - $10.00 and up
Barefoot Trim - $30.00
Turnout - $1.00 per day
Extra hay - $1.00 per flake
Grain - .75 to $1.50 per day
Hot walk - $1.00 per day
Groom - $2.50 per day
Shavings - $7.00 per bag
